Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2026 • GeassMart Bangladesh

1. Overview

By placing an order on GeassMart, you agree to these Terms of Service. GeassMart provides automated digital voucher delivery and manual/API-assisted character UID game currency top-ups.

2. bKash Payments & Verification

Orders must be paid using bKash Send Money to the official wallet number displayed at checkout (01709295971). Submitting invalid or duplicate Transaction IDs (TrxID) will result in payment rejection and temporary checkout lockout.

3. Delivery & Refunds

Digital game top-ups (Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, MLBB, etc.) sent to correctly specified Player IDs are irreversible once credited by game publishers. If an order cannot be completed due to publisher server maintenance or out-of-stock keys, our support team will issue a replacement or refund.

4. Support & Dispute Resolution

For any order discrepancies, please use our Report an Issue page or contact our 24/7 support desk (geassmart@gmail.com).
